Mark Betteridge was a former programmer and executive at Rare. He started worked for them since the Ultimate Play the Game era, programming games such as Wizards & Warriors, Battletoads, and Killer Instinct. In 2007, he became the Studio Director of Rare because founders Tim and Chris Stamper left the company. Three years later, in 2010, Mark Betteridge left Rare.
