Xbox Live Arcade, or XBLA for short, is a digital video game downloading service available through the Xbox Games Store, Microsoft's digital distribution network for the Xbox 360. It focuses on smaller downloadable games from both major publishing companies and indie game developers. Among the 700+ titles released, the range includes classic console and arcade games, to new games designed from the ground up specifically for the Xbox platform.
