Donkey Kong Racing is a cancelled video game that was going to be released for the Nintendo GameCube in 2002, but was cancelled, due to Rare's move to Microsoft. This game was also going to be one of the sequels to Diddy Kong Racing along with Diddy Kong Racing which is a cancelled game too. Not much is known about this game, except that it was going to have more Animal Buddies with alternative colors and possibly some new ones. The other cancelled DK games aside from this one are Diddy Kong Pilot which was reworked into Banjo-Pilot and Donkey Kong Coconut Crackers which was reworked into Its Mr. Pants.
