Dinosaur Planet was a cancelled game for the Nintendo 64 developed by Rareware in 1999-2000. At some point in 2000, Shigeru Miyamoto noted the similarities between Sabre and Fox McCloud of the Star Fox series, which led to it becoming a Star Fox title for the Nintendo GameCube, Star Fox Adventures.
