Blackwyche was Ultimate Play the Game's third installment in the Sir Arthur Pendragon game series, released in 1985. In the game, you are trapped on a ghost ship and your only means of escape involves finding the soul of the ship's captain. As you explore the ship you have to avoid various obstacles and enemies as you find the items necessary to confront the captain's soul in his chamber. There are various weapons in the ship that the player can use to defend against the enemy skeletons, and there are also jewels that the player can collect to increase their score.
