Donkey Kong Land III, or Donkey Kong Land 3, is a Game Boy video game and the third and final installment of the Donkey Kong Land series. It is based on Donkey Kong Country 3: Dixie Kong's Double Trouble!. The game also stars Dixie and Kiddy.
In January 2000, the game received a Game Boy Color port, Donkey Kong GB: Dinky Kong and Dixie Kong, which was only released in Japan. The original Game Boy version was never released in Japan.
Story
The backstory is about a competition for others to find the Lost World first, and that the first one to find it will have a chance of fame and fortune. Two of the participants were Donkey Kong and Diddy, who had left Dixie to babysit Kiddy. Dixie wanted to prove that she was good enough to find the Lost World, so she and Kiddy go on an adventure to find it. Meanwhile, Baron K. Roolenstein and the Kremlings return to search for the Lost World as well.
