Flex is one of the ten Elemental Warriors Kameo finds in Kameo: Elements of Power. He is a strange looking water elemental with some of the strangest feats in the game. He can ski on the surface of water and ensnare enemies with his tentacles. He can then either electrocute or slap the unfortunate troll.
Flex can grab on to the tongues of strange blue plant like creatures. He can easily bring you Warrior Focus in this game. He and Thermite look very similiar when in their Elemental Sprite form. He can smash an unlikely troll in the ground. His 2nd Costume makes him Orange with green tentacles and a green tongue.
