Elivis is a Maian Warrior, he sent to earth to stop the Skedar, whom the Maians have been at war with for quite some time. Somehow his spaceship crashes and he is taken to Area 51 for dissection. After Joanna Dark rescues him, he contacts the Maian fleet to help CI defeat the Skedar.
