"Elivis" is a Miain Warrior, he sent to earth to stop the Skedar who the Maians Have been at war with . Somehow he is spaceship crashes and he is taken to Area 51 for disection. After Joanna Dark rescues him, he cotacts the Maian fleet to help CI defeat the Skedar.
