Beetlejuice, otherwise known as Beetlejuice: Horrific Hijinx from the Neitherworld!, is a game developed by Rare Ltd. in 1992 for the Game Boy. Based on the Beetlejuice animated TV series, the player takes on the role of Beetlejuice who has come to help out his pal Lydia, initially by getting rid of the ghosts in her house but then by having to rescue her from Astoroth. Using bio-exorcist magic,the player must navigate through Lydia's house, a graveyard and the Neitherworld, battling undead creatures and avoiding obstacles.
