Banjo-Kazooie is the first Banjo game in the Banjo series.
Story
Gruntilda, an evil witch, wants to be the prettiest in the world, however her evil pot tells her that Tooty, Banjo's sister, is the prettiest. Gruntilda gets angry, gets on her broom, and leaves her lair and kidnaps Tooty, so she can switch bodies with her.
Banjo and Kazooie walk out and find Tooty gone. Bottles, a mole that saw Grunty kidnap Tooty, tells Banjo about the kidnap of Tooty. Banjo and Kazooie set out to save Tooty from Grunty, by traveling through various worlds, and defeating various bosses and enemies.
Sequels
The game had various sequels: Banjo-Tooie, Banjo-Kazooie: Grunty's Revenge, Banjo Pilot and the upcoming Banjo-Kazooie 3.
