Super Smash Bros. Nintendo 64, Wii 1999, 2009 The design for Donkey Kong along with his stage, Congo Jungle, are inspired by the Donkey Kong Country games. Additionally, the Motion-Sensor Bomb from GoldenEye 007 appears as an item.
Mario Kart: Super Circuit Game Boy Advance, Nintendo 3DS, Wii U 2001, 2011, 2014 Rare provided the 3D model for Donkey Kong.
Super Smash Bros. Melee Nintendo GameCube 2001 Donkey Kong and Congo Jungle (renamed Kongo Jungle) reappears, along with two new stages, one that's also named Kongo Jungle, and the other being Jungle Japes. The Motion-Sensor Bomb retains its GoldenEye 007 appearance in the international releases, but becomes the Proximity Mine from Perfect Dark in the Japanese release. The Cloaking Device and Barrel Cannon also make their appearance. Members of Rare's staff acted as voice actors for the Star Fox Smash Taunt on Corneria, later reprising their roles in Star Fox Adventures. A few collectible trophies based on the Donkey Kong Country series also appears.
